Project Relaunch - Take the survey!

Back in 2018, the Town of Conception Bay South initiated 'CBS 2030', a project to review and update its Municipal Plan and Development Regulations. The new Municipal Plan and Development Regulations will guide how and where growth and development happen in CBS over the next decade. In 2018, the project team conducted a series of engagements, including surveys, open houses, and interviews, to understand the priorities of residents as they relate to growth and development.

The project was paused throughout the COVID-19 pandemic and we are now excited to pick up where we left off. The last two years have taught us many lessons and brought unprecedented change to our lives. With those lessons and changes in mind, we are relaunching the project, now known as 'PlanCBS', to incorporate what we've learned and experienced over these last two years.

We want to hear from you about your experience in CBS over the last two years to inform how the new documents should evolve.
